How to Manage Payments Through Your SYW Online Dashboard

The Shop Your Way (SYW) Online Dashboard gives cardholders a secure and convenient way to manage their payments, monitor account activity, and stay on top of due dates. Whether you need to pay your bill, schedule AutoPay, or review past payments, everything can be handled through the Citi-powered SYW account portal.

This guide explains how to access your dashboard and manage payments step by step.

The SYW Online Dashboard is the card management portal provided by Citi for Shop Your Way Mastercard users.
It allows you to:

• Make payments

• Set up AutoPay

• View transaction history

• Check payment due dates

• Download statements

• Manage account alerts

• Track Shop Your Way points

You can access it anytime at:

1. Visit the official site:
   https://syw.accountonline.com

2. Enter your User ID

3. Enter your password

4. Select Sign On

5. You will be redirected to your main account dashboard

Once logged in, you will see your card balance, due date, rewards, and payment options.

Follow the steps below to pay your SYW Mastercard bill online:

Go to the SYW login portal and sign in.

On the dashboard, select Make a Payment or Pay Bill.

You can pay through:

• Bank account (checking or savings)

• One-time payment

• Scheduled payment

Enter your bank routing number and account number if adding a new bank.

Choose:

• Minimum amount due

• Statement balance

• Current balance

• Custom amount

You can pay:

• Today

• A future scheduled date

Review your details and submit.

A confirmation message will appear once the payment is processed.

AutoPay ensures your bill is paid automatically each month.

1. Log in to your dashboard

2. Go to AutoPay or AutoPay Setup

3. Add or select your bank account

4. Choose payment preference:

   • Minimum due

   • Statement balance

   • Fixed amount

5. Confirm AutoPay setup

This helps you avoid missed payments and late fees.

To check previous payments:

1. Log in to your SYW dashboard

2. Select Account Activity or Payment History

3. View posted payments, amounts, and dates

4. Download PDFs if needed for your records

This section helps track all completed payments.

Monthly card statements can be downloaded anytime.

Steps:

1. Visit the Statements tab

2. Select the month

3. Download the PDF to your device

Statements include detailed purchases, due dates, interest charges, and payment history.

To update or add a bank account:

1. Go to the Payments or Profile section

2. Select Add Bank Account

3. Enter routing number and account number

4. Save the information

5. Verify the account if required

You can also remove old bank accounts linked to your SYW dashboard.
