Registering your SYW account allows you to:

• Your SYW Mastercard (card number & CVV needed)

• Your name as it appears on the card

• Your date of birth

• Your Social Security Number (SSN last 4 digits)

• Registered email address or mobile number

These details help Citi verify your card ownership.

Follow these simple steps:

Open your browser and go to:

On the login screen, click:
🔵 “Register for Online Access”
or
🔵 “Set Up Online Access”

You must provide your card details:

• Full SYW Mastercard number

• Name on card

• Security code (CVV)

• Last 4 digits of SSN

Then click Continue.

✔ Citi will verify your identity instantly.

You will now set up:

• User ID

• Strong password
